Charges for delivery are not included in the stated product price – see delivery options for details of applicable charges.
For UK mainland customers we will endeavour to dispatch your goods same working day for all order received before 1pm.
All goods will be sent either by TNT or Inter-link. Please allow 1-3 days for delivery.
Most services will require a signature at the time of delivery. If you are not in at the time of delivery a card will be left asking you to contact your local depot and arrange a further delivery attempt.
Alternatively you can visit the depot in person with the card (additional ID may be required) and collect the goods yourself. Please note we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Delivery Schedule:
Orders over £250.00 net will be delivered FOC.
Orders below £250.00 net will be charged at the rates below.
Your order we will shipped by TNT or Inter-Link.
Same day dispatch cut off is 1pm (gmt).

If you have not received your order within 5 working days of receiving the dispatch email then please contact us immediately.

Delivery Terms:

We aim to deliver the goods in accordance with your order usually within the stated delivery time (except in exceptional circumstances) but not more than 30 days after the day you place your order, unless otherwise agreed between you and us. We reserve the right to deliver an order in installments by separate delivery shipments. Before placing your order, please refer to the delivery options set out on our website to ensure that we can deliver to your address. A valid signature may be required on collection or delivery. In the unlikely event that you have not received all the goods within the stated delivery time, you must notify us immediately. We strongly suggest that you do not schedule or commence any installation work until after you have received your order and checked all the goods are suitable for your purposes and do not have any defects or missing parts.

For reasons of health and safety and to avoid any property damage, items can only be delivered to the exterior of a ground floor location at the delivery address. You must therefore make your own arrangements at your own risk if the relevant item needs to be transported from the delivery location. We, or our delivery agents, will not provide any unpacking, installation, fitting or waste removal services upon delivery unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.

You must do all that you reasonably can to enable delivery to take place at the given time and place. If you delay delivery, or delivery fails because you have not taken appropriate steps, we will try to arrange for an alternative delivery date within 30 days of the failed delivery. If delivery fails as a result of circumstances within your reasonable control, the cost of any re-delivery shall be borne by you. If we are unable to arrange a date for re-delivery we may cancel your order and refund to you the price that you have paid for the goods.

Next (working) Day Delivery – UK
This option is available on all orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday and will be sent using TNT or Inter-Link.
You can select Next Day delivery when you go through the checkout process.
Delivery on the Next Day service is made on working days and does not include weekends and bank holidays.

Saturday Delivery – UK Mainland
Saturday delivery is available on all orders placed before 1pm on the preceeding Friday and will be sent via TNT or Inter-Link.

Again this option is available at the checkout.

European Delivery
European deliveries are sent by Benfleet overseas services, all prices are based on weight.
We advise you to check the contents of the order with the despatch note.
In the very rare instance that something is missing, please contact us within 24 hours and we will happily send out the missing goods at no extra cost to you with our complements.
Please note we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Goods that are despatched to addresses outside of the European Union are generally not subject to EU VAT.
When ordering goods from Power Data Management Ltd UK for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country.
Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
